We are all incredibly passionate about sports ourselves, and through growing up with a love of sports and physical activities we recognise that they are a very important part of children’s development from an early age.
Sports are a great way for children to stay fit, healthy and active and they also help develop children’s self confidence and decision making abilities. Through participating in sports children learn to recognise that through hard work and determination you can improve and succeed both working on your own and as part of a team.
The situations that children experience on the sports field mean they learn about winning and losing, fair play, effort and sportsmanship which are all fantastic skills that can be transferred into other aspects of their lives as they grow up.
